All Because Two People Fell in Love...

I thought I should tell you a little bit about the family that we hope you will soon be a part of :) So we'll start with the one person who is so excited and can't wait to be a big brother. This would be Christopher :)

Bit of a goofball, has a total heart of gold and I think will dote on you adoringly and protectively. He has a beautiful smile, an infectious giggle and has an imagination that is out of this world. He can create the most amazing things out of lego, loves to draw, LOVES to cook and gives the best hugs in the world. If you are feeling sad or upset, a Christopher hug is the best medicine. And I can guarantee that the cuddles that he will give you, will soothe your hurts and dry up your tears... I know that he will make the bestest big brother, and he will love you with all of his heart :)

Your Daddy.... is an amazing man. We have followed him on his dream journey of being in the Navy, and we couldn't be more proud of all that he has accomplished. It has been 18 months in the making, but it has totally changed our lives. Andy is the most loving, caring man you will ever meet. He is driven, a hard worker and will stop at nothing to make sure that his family is provided for. He has all the qualities that one could wish for in a daddy... wonderful hugs to make you feel better, he will kiss away your tears, he will protect you from harm, has the most amazing singing voice... for all those lullaby's ;), is a gifted guitar player... and seeing him with a baby in his arms, his face just lights up in a way that melts your heart.

I can't wait for the day when I can tell him that I am pregnant with you :) I know that he will be overjoyed, possibly even cry, jump around for joy, maybe even a cartwheel or two :D He is a wonderful Daddy to Chris, and took on the role with no hesitations what-so-ever. He loved Chris from the moment he met him, and I know that with you, our family will be complete... I hope we don't have to wait too long :)

Now for me... your Mummy :) Hmmmmmm, what can I say??? I am a creative soul, trying to get my business up and running, love making things for other people, and am proud to say that my creations are in peoples houses around Australia :) I am totally addicted to TimTams, Daddy has me addicted to iced tea, I am a terrible housewife, not good at cleaning, don't iron and a terrible procrastinator.

I am an anal perfectionist, which can be really, really bad sometimes. I like to think that I am a good mummy, I have my days. But I can't wait for the day that you get placed in my arms :) Until then, I will have the sweetest dreams, and I know that we will meet somewhere in between.

I was so lucky to have met your Daddy, and I knew from the first moment we met, that we were meant to be. It's not often that you are lucky enough to meet your soulmate, but that I did, and I have never looked back. Your Daddy is my best friend, my lover, my husband, my rock, my savior, my go-between, my muse, my encouragement and the most positive force (besides Chris) that I could have in my life. The day I married Andy was the happiest day of my life, we became a family, Chris, Andy and I, and it was a marriage between all three of us. It was the start of a new adventure, following a dream that we are so lucky to have. Now all we need is you!! :D
